Our Savior's received 11 new members and installed their new worship musician, Tom Bourcier, on Transfiguration Sunday, February 22, 2009. Van & Georgia Thompson also joined Our Savior's but are not pictured.
We also celebrated Hory Magnusson's 90th birthday.
And we introduced a new exciting feature in worship: greeter girls. Alanna Pleasants and Elisha Gage pictured above to the right wore "greeter girl" T-shirts (made by Pastor) and enthusiastically welcomed worshipers as they arrived. We're planning to get some greeter guys in on the action soon too. It is so nice to get to worship and be met by smiling faces. Way to go, greeter girls!
