Chanhassen Dinner Theatre
A group of members went to Minneapolis to see a professional production of the musical Jesus Christ Superstar at the Chanhassen Dinner Theatre on April 20.
Pastor Laura Gentry, Tammi Kiesau, Sharon Kiesau, Avis Smith, Mary Schweitzer, Donna Reed and Don Thran (who also served as the group's chauffeur)
Maundy Thursday Worship
For the observance of the Last Supper, the congregation had homemade artisan bread
Good Friday Worship
Mason Libke was the dramatic scripture reader for the worship service
Easter Sunday Worship
To start the worship service, the children released the "Alleluias," which had been hidden throughout the Lenten season. They discovered that the Alleluias had transformed into beautiful flowers and they put them on the cross to celebrate Jesus' resurrection.
The confirmation class (Alanna Pleasants, Nicole Vinson and Jazmine Rathbun) hosted the Easter cupcake coffee hour. Below are additional pictures from this time of joy and fellowship.
